improved buffet lighter palette
The buffet restaurant improved its offerings. The location is convenient for reaching both main cities. I found the Arabic design of the rooms appealing. The lighter color palette worked well for me.

desert view attentive staff
i enjoyed this stay. the desert view from my room was lovely. the staff was very attentive to my requests.
the main issue i had was with the high prices for drinks near the pool, it was a little expensive.

amazing desert escape!
polite staff breakfast buffet future stay
i found the staff to be very courteous. the breakfast buffet had many options, all delicious. i am already making plans for another stay!
i asked for a room with a specific view at check-in but it was not possible. this was a little disappointing because the view was important to me. i hope this can improve.

Decent stay overall
attentive team excellent spa private desks high prices
The team was great in all areas of the hotel. The gym and spa are quite excellent (I used both).
Check-in wasn't seamless. There were no private desks, so everyone stood in line next to each other. I found it difficult to hear the staff during the check-in process. Food and drink prices around the pool seemed shockingly high to me.

Really good Desert Stay

The playground was great. Camel riding was also available. I found Al Hadeerah Arabic Dinner night quite enjoyable. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout my stay.
The check-in took over 40 minutes. I felt this process could have been more efficient. Waiting that long was not a great start to the stay.

really good desert stay
amazing service comfortable bedding friendly staff great massage
The service was amazing. the breakfast was great. I especially liked the sushi. the spa facilities were a real treat too! the room featured comfortable bedding and showers, and i had a really great massage. i admired the decorwith local cultural elements and a modern arabic style. the staff was very kind and friendly, always smiling and helpful.
i was slightly disappointed that the prices for food and drinks around the pool were higher than i expected.
